crisscross

Ik kwam de laatste tijd overal crisscross kaartjes tegen... en aangezien die toch ook wel op mijn to-do-lijstje stonden ben ik er maar aan begonnen.
Wat een leuk kaartje om te maken!

Lately I ran into crisscross cards everywhere... and as they were already on my to-do-list I decided to make one.
Boy what a lovely card to make.

Het papier is van een Vintageblokje van de Action. Op lichtgroen cardstock. Het afdrukje is gestempeld op aquarelpapier dat uitgestansd is met een nestabilitie. Ponsrandje van MS. Wat swirlies van Memorybox en ?.
Blaadjes van Cheery Lynn en roosjes en pareltjes.

The paper is from a Vintagepad from the Action (store in the Netherlands), lightgreen cardstock. The image is stamped on watercolorpaper and cut with a nestabilitie. Punch from MS. Some swirlies from Memorybox and ?. Leaves from Cheery Lynn and some roses and pearls.

Een leuk kaartje met een groet binnenin. Ook weer papier van het Vintageblokje.

Ingekleurd met H2O en aquarelpotloden. De achtergrond met een roze stempelinkt gekleurd.

Little Amy

Ik heb laatst bij http://jacquesmagnolias.blogspot.com/ deze ontzettend lieve stempel van little Amy mogen winnen. En dat moet je natuurlijk vieren met het maken van een kaartje. Jacque bedankt!

Amy is gestempeld op aquarelpapier en uitgestanst. Als basis rood cardstock. Een papiertje van Eline's huis en een leuk rood papiertje. Verder versiert met bloemetjes gemaakt met een pons, wat blaadjes, houten hartjes en een hartjes lint.
Ze is ingekleurd met potloden en H2O.

Amy is stamped on watercolorpaper en stansed. Basic red cardstock with a paper from Eline's house and another nice red paper. Decorated with flowers made with punches, some leaves, wooden hearts and a heartribbon.
She's colored with pencils and H2O.

Easel boxkaart

Gisteren was er bij Kreateja weer een SOL onder leiding van Raffaela. We hebben een box easelkaart gemaakt.
Heel erg leuk om te doen.

Yesterday we had another SOL at Kreateja, made by Raffaela. We made a box easelcard. I really liked making it.

Ik heb een linnencardstock in een basiskleur gebruikt met daarop papier van Bo Bunny, back to basics. 

Een randje geponst met Martha Stewart. Verder bloemetjes, een strik en wat gekleurde pareltjes gebruikt.

Punched a border with Martha Stewart. And added some flowers, a bow and some colored bling.

Tilda is ingekleurd met aquarelpotloden en een beetje Twinkling.

Boekkaartje

Zo mijn eerste boekkaartje is een feit. Al sinds ik een keer een voorbeeld hiervan zag wilde ik er eentje maken. En toen kwam hij in de Magnolia Ink.... en maakte mijn vriendin er eentje.. en tja..
Hier is dan het resultaat. Maar wat een gepruts om het allemaal recht en passend te krijgen, lol. Helaas is mijn blaadjes raamwerk niet helemaal recht maar ach het is handwerk toch?
En toen kwam het aankleden van de kaart.. pfff.. ik wilde eigenlijk geen plaatje gebruiken omdat ik het papier zo leuk en rustig bij elkaar passend vond. Maar toen kreeg ik het niet voor elkaar er een leuk geheel van te maken. En ach met deze Tilda is het toch ook een heel leuk geheel geworden.

My first bookcard is a fact. Ever since I first saw an example of it I wanted to make one. And than it came in the Magnolia Ink... and my friend made one... so yes...
This is my result. But what a struggle to get it all straight and fitting, lol. Unfortunately my bookframe isn't completely straight but hey it's handmade.
And than finishing the card.. pfff... I actually didn't want to use a picture on it 'coz I did like the look of the papers together, so quiet and fitting. But I couldn't get a nice result without a picture. And hey this Tilda does fit doesn't it?

Als basis linnen cardstock. Daarop 2 designpapiertjes van een Vintage papierblokje (merkloos)

De randen van het boek zijn met een MS pons gemaakt. In de bovenhoek een stempeltje met Vintage photo distressinkt. Alle randjes zijn ook met deze inkt bewerkt. De boekenbeugels (?) zijn van Tim Holtz. Een paar roze roosjes erop. En Tilda is gestempeld op aquarelpapier en uitgestanst met een gesculpte ovaal.

The base is a linnen cardstock. On top of that 2 designpapers from a nameless Vintage paperblock.

De edges of the book are made with a MS punch. In the uppercorner a stamp with Vintage photo distressink. All edges are inkt with this. The bookbinders (?) are from Tim Holtz. A few pink roses. And Tilda is stamped onto watercolourpaper and cut out with a sculped oval.

De binnenkant van het boek. Er staat nog niks op het label of in de binnenkant, omdat ik nog geen bestemming voor deze kaart heb.
